TERMS OF PURCHASE

Airsoft Safety & Responsibility

At GHK Airsoft, we believe in safe and responsible play. Airsoft guns look extremely realistic and can be mistaken for real weapons. To keep airsoft free and fun, please agree to the following guidelines:​

  • Always wear eye protection when playing.

  • Always assume a gun is loaded, even when it’s not.

  • Be responsible and respectful—never point an airsoft gun at anyone without their consent.

  • Do not use airsoft guns in public places or bring them to school. Play only in private or approved fields.

  • For players under 18, parental guidance is recommended to prevent injury or damage.

Order Processing

  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 5–7 working days, depending on import customs clearance and local processing efficiency. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs or local delivery services.

  • Order Tracking: Tracking information is available for six (6) months from the shipping date.

  • Invoice Value: UPS does not allow value reduction on invoices.

  • Customs Risk & Restrictions:

    1. EMS and UPS can ship airsoft products to specific areas, but we do not control customs procedures. Any customs issues, including confiscation, are the buyer’s responsibility.

    2. By purchasing, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the risk of shipping failure due to customs regulations.

  • Alternative Shipping Methods: If the buyer chooses a shipping method other than EMS or UPS:

    • We do not accept refunds, returns, or claims for lost packages once the item has been shipped.

  • Undervalued Shipments:

    • If a shipment is undervalued for customs purposes, the buyer must be aware that any compensation for loss or damage will be based on the invoice amount.
